APPLICATION FORM FOR A CRIMINAL RECORD EXTRACT

Important: For those unable to appear in person, a criminal record certificate is issued without fingerprints for an additional fee of USD 35. For use abroad, legalization at the Kinshasa City Hall and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is mandatory.

PROCEDURE

1. Submission of the applicant's identity document.

2. Verification and preparation of the file by Congo-Assist.

3. Submitting the application to the Judicial Police or the Criminal Records Office in Kinshasa.

4. Obtaining the criminal record.

5. Legalization of the document (only if the document is intended for use abroad).

6. Transmission of the document to the client.

SERVICE/FEES

Criminal record check procedure: USD 35

Additional charge if the applicant is absent (record without fingerprints): USD 35

Congo-Assist service fee: USD 40

If used abroad

Legalization at Kinshasa City Hall: 35,000 FC

Legalization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: USD 20
